So far, the Get it! section of my blog has only covered asanas, sequences, and my spontaneous Yoga Everywhere! poses. Now it's time to let you in on the wellness wisdom that, tbh, I've learned from my mom! She became a massage therapist over 15 years ago and has since developed her reiki skills, imparting her knowledge on me along the way.

Now let's be clear. In this vast, expansive universe, I know nothing. Let's compare it to an iceberg. My mother's got a grasp on things, but that's just the tip of the iceberg. 90% of that bad boy is still unlearned, bobbing below the surface. Comparatively, what I know is the equivalent of an ice cube. But the bit I've learned so far energizes me so much, and that's something I'd like to share with you as my mother does with me.
